Rates include the room, breakfast, towels and bed sheets. They can vary in accordance with the season (high and low), with the periods (Easter, Christmas, New year’s day, Epiphany or long weekends). Children up to three years old are free of charge.
The cost of the whole stay is due to be paid cash at the arrival, credit cards or bancomat are not accepted.

A 10 % discount is available if the stay exceeds three days.
The CHECK-IN is after h 12:00 with the delivery of the room’s keys, to ensure maximum freedom.
The CHECK-OUT has to be done within h 10:00 of departure’s day.
